We do not provide refunds for any reason, and all delegate registrations for Aurix MUN are final. This covers situations in which you are unable to attend for any reason, such as personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts. Refunds are difficult for us to handle once a delegate has reserved their spot because, as a student-led conference, we depend on meticulous planning and budgeting to deliver a first-rate experience for every delegate. All attendees are asked to confirm their availability for the conference dates before registering. As part of your dedication to Aurix MUN, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy by completing your delegate registration.
